Cu Office consists of two buildings located in the oldest and most developed commercial area of wrocław – the Eastern Business Area. The Cu Office complex features energy-efficient technologies and smart building monitoring and management systems that provide tenants with comfort.
The two office buildings offer more than 23 500 sqm of leasable office and commercial space. The leasable area of a typical floor is between 1 400 and 1 670 sqm. The buildings have 504 parking spots (455 underground and 49 aboveground).
The buildings are BREEAM Design Stage certified as Excellent.
The Cu Office project was also recognised in the design competition Beatiful Wrocław 2019 and was nominated for Property Design Awards 2020.
Buma Contractor acted as general contractor for the CU Office complex. Medusa Group designed the project.
The investment is owned by a joint venture of REINO Deweloperski FIZ and Buma Group.
