Malta House is one of the most modern class A office buildings in Poznań, located at ul. Abpa Baraniaka 6, near the Malta lake and shopping centre Galeria Malta. Malta House was the first building in Poznań to receive the ecological certificate LEED at the highest level – platinum.
The building offers a total of 15 500 sqm of office and commercial space on five floors and has one of the largest office-purpose floors in Poznań – 3 300 sqm.
Malta House stands out for its extensive services and recreation offering, with a dining hall, fitness club and a bank branch at the bottom floor, and is situated in the direct vicinity of a shopping gallery and the Malta lake. The building is bicycle-friendly, offering racks, changing rooms, showers and a service station at garage level. Malta House also features a roof terrace open to all, with a view over the Malta lake.
Malta House has received the Building Without Barriers certificate from Fundacja Integracja. This serves to confirm that it is adapted to the needs of people with various disabilities: wheelchair-bound, blind or visually impaired, deaf and even the elderly or parents with small children.
