POLISH LOGISTICS – a warehouse-market investment platform the assets of which are managed by REINO IO Logistics, a company formed as a joint venture of REINO Capital and IO Asset Management – has signed a letter of intent regarding the acquisition of a portfolio of warehouse properties with total GLA of more than 200 000 sqm.
This transaction is yet another step in the development of the POLISH LOGISTICS platform, the first investment of which was the acquisition of Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski.
