Logistic City is a modern logistics centre that consists of warehouse halls with 135 000 sqm of space and the potential to build further warehouses with an area of 300 000 sqm. The existing space encompasses four facilities, which are rented out to seven tenants. The Danish retail chain Jysk is the anchor tenant, renting half of the entire space.
The warehouses are located on the outskirts of Piotrków Trybunalski, right next to express-ways E67 and E75 (Warsaw – Katowice, Warsaw – Wrocław), national road no. 8, near a section of the A1 highway and directly next to express-way S12, which will cross the country from west to east. A majority of large cities in Poland are located within just 250km.
Logistic City is owned by special purpose vehicle Polish Logistics LLP – an investment platform formed by REINO Capital and IO Asset Management, a firm specialising in managing industrial real estate, with the participation of Grosvenor Group, one of the largest private investors in global property markets.
